We have a theory we've been working out about Vegas and introduced it to you folks yesterday with the Cal Poly vs SDS game. Vegas knows what they're doing and here's what we think they're doing. That game last night for example had about 90% of the people betting on SDS to cover the spread, guess what happened? Cal Poly covered. Now tonight, the over on the 76ers game is receiving 75% of the bets. But recent trends say it should be the opposite. The Lakers game, 80% of the betting is going to the Lakers covering. But why when they've been playing so poorly? We think that these types of situations are worth betting the opposite, but it's definitely not proven yet and gonna work every time. So if you think we're on to something, bet along with us. But if you wanna see if this works, or was just poor judgement on our part, we'll gladly update about this.

76ers vs Nets O/U 190
Where did those 76ers come from? They've been beasts lately, moving from last place and now contenders for a playoff spot. The season is young of course, but we like how Philly is moving right now. They held the Hornets the other night to only 23 first half points! That's like Steelers defense in bball! Also, the nets have averaged only 88.2 points in the last 5 games. We like the 76ers to continue their stout defense against the lowly nets, and if we were you, we'd bet at least 76 on the 76ers to keep this game below 190.

Lakers vs Wizards Spread: 11
Playing each other again after a fairly close game from LA, now Lakers will visit Washington. The last time these two teams played it was only a difference of 7, IN LA! The Lakers have not looked like a dominating team recently, having teams remain very close throughout the whole game. We like the Wizards to keep within the spread, so we can spread that money all over ya buddy!

Cal Riverside vs St. Mary's Spread: 25
We like Cal in this one. They are 4-4 ATS this year, and most of those covers have come from very large spreads similar to this. So we see them continuing that role and not getting blown out by more than 25.

That's so far under we're drowning ladies and gentlemen! The 76ers continued their newfound defense and the Nets continued shooting like garbage, that's a recipe for success!

Lakers 103 Wizards 89 Lost
This was a 3 pointer away from being a winner! But the Lakers did manage to find a way to bump the scoring up just enough to beat the spread.

Cal Riverside 56 St. Mary's 75 Won
There was one point in this game where St. Mary's was winning by 24, and we thought it was over for sure! But Cal Riverside hung in there and brought us the W by only keeping it to 19, what a day!
