December 20th Free Picks

What's cracking sports fans. It's a good day, Odin finished his finals and Drew only has to do his Womens Studies project. Odin will just study women the normal way, ya dig! Lets see what's on the table for today.

Mavericks vs Heat Spread: 7

The Heat will face the last team that they lost to tonight, and caused the players to call a player's only meeting. Since then the Heat have been on quite the streak. However, the Jazz, Hawks, and Knicks were the only teams that were really supposed to give a challenge, but they're not dominate teams like the Mavs. The Mavs are a solid team, boasting the 5th best defense, and the 5th best field goal percentage. Their 8-1 road record is also a great indicator that the road isn't something that bothers them like other teams. We had the chance to talk to Dirk Nowitzki yesterday about this game, and he told us in his German accented English. "Vee are going to vin tonight because vee vill make more points zan za other team." How can you argue with that? Another note that is good to add, is that the Mavs have won 14 out of 15 against the Heat ever since they picked up Wade in the draft. Here's the last bullet for the Mavs: their bench. Last time these two teams played, 6 players were in the double figures. That's good teamwork, and not saying Mavs will win, but be ready for a close game.
Mavs: +7 $5

I'm (Drew) also going to take the Bears tonight. Vikings are going to get their tits rocked. Not a big play because the Patriots didn't pan out for me yesterday so I'm goin $25 on the Bears to cover tonight.
-6.5 $25

Bucks vs Blazers O/U 177
Feer the deer ladies and gentlemen. The Bucks go against a depleted Blazers team tonight, whose injury list is starting to add up. Brandon Roy is out, which normally causes the Blazers to play at a faster rate, and with Marcus Camby out the path to the hoop will be a bit easier. These two teams like to play slower, but with these players out we see the spread managing to work its way over.
OVER 177

Recap:

Mavs 98 Heat 96 Won
And the Mavs dump the bucket of water on the Heat's hot streak! How great, the streak started after losing to Dallas, and stopped once again to the hands of Dirk and da boys. This game was close throughout the entire time and betting the straight up win would've paid out nice! But decided against it. Anyways, a W for these fellas and Monday is looking good!

Bears 40 Vikings 14 Won
Hahahahaha Favre. Down the old man goes and in comes the rook Webb, who got one of the Vikings whole 2 touchdowns of the night. This was great for us as the Bears curb stomped these sorry Vikings, and covered the spread better than a comfy blanket. We about to make the first part of a website address tonight: WWW jeah!

Bucks 80 Blazers 106 Total:186 Won
This gives us our 3 and 0 night. Gotta love it! Straight stacks to bring all the way to the piggy bank. The Blazers whooped those wounded deer and they never had a chance this game. Anyone else think that Buck's point guard looked like he was in middle school? Thanks for joining us tonight sports fans. Come back tomorrow for more greatness!
