Man did the Mavericks miss Nowitzki a lot! He's still not 100% and they're looking to avoid a very long losing streak. Nothing like hopping back on the winning train against a team like the Pistons who the Mavs have beaten the past 5 straight times. And yes folks, we talked to Nowitzki again, who keep in mind every time he tells us so we've gotten the pick right, and he said: "My knew izn't za best, but I come today wiv fia in my heart and I will destroy zese Pistons!"
Thank you Dirk, we'll take your word for it. Dallas has all the capabilities to beat the Pistons tonight and make a deep run in the playoffs. They just need these injuries to heal up and get back on track, and tonight will kick that off. Bet a beer on this one.

Lots of big college hoops games on today, so we gotta jump on board and take one of these match ups!. While watching ESPN, the preview of this game was on and said something like, "Villanova has lost 19 games out of 22 on the road to ranked opponents." As you can imagine my ears perked up and I raced to get some more info on this game. The Huskies shine with Walker, and he although he'll be heavily guarded, watch for him and the Huskies to win a close one at home court as Villanova will have no time to feel sorry for themselves since they play Syracuse on the road next. Bet a beer on this one.

Well Dirk was finally wrong, and wrong by a long shot! We're tucking the Mavs away in a deep bag and throwing them in the back of the closet until they can get their act together because right now they are terrible and not worth betting a dime on until they start showing their true colors.
